- How to buy?
It's very simple, as browsing the web, click the "buy button" of the items that you are interested in. Everything you buy will accumulate in your “shopping cart”, and when you want to finish shopping click "checkout”.
- May I order by phone?
Of course, the order may be made online or by phone. If you decide to make it by phone call us to (+34) 630 15 48 40 Monday to Friday from 9 am to 20:30. Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00.
- Do you deliver orders outside of Spain?
Yes, we send our products wherever you ask for. See the table of shipping costs for the different delivery zones or ask us for specific shipping costs to your country by email: email@example.com
- Do the products that I buy come packaged?
The products are wrapped in order to be delivered in perfect conditions.
Some products are sold with box included for its presentation. For the rest, if you want a decorative box, you can also order it in "Complements" of our online shop.
- Do the prices include shipping costs?
The prices shown are the available ones nowadays and include the Value-added tax (21% VAT) but exclude shipping costs. Prices are in Euros.
At the end of the purchase process shipping costs will be added to the price indicated in order to have the total amount to pay, as shipping is paid by the customer.
Shipping costs are different depending on the destination area and the type of transport (Check “Purchase terms”).
Exceptionally, final shipping costs may vary from those given while confirming the purchase. In this case, we will inform you by e-mail the final amount so you will be able to reconfirm your order or choose to cancel it at no cost.
On the other hand, if you pick up your purchase directly at the store located in Albacete (Plaza del Altozano,6 Spain) shipping costs will be refund to you. Please, let us know in advance so we can prepare it and you can have your order ready when you come at the store.
- My country is not listed in your "Shipping costs" table, how can I know how much they cost?
If the country where you want to receive your purchase does not appear in the "Shipping costs" table, please, ask us for the shipping cost at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of € 30 on the web (VAT included), this amount does not include shipping costs.
- Does the price include VAT?
Yes, all prices include the Value-added tax (21% VAT).
- How long does it take to receive my order?
In general, for sendings inside Spain, you will have your order at the address requested from 24h to 72h after purchase.

If we have the product in stock, we hope to send it in the shortest time possible.
Exceptionally, delivery time may be longer for stock availability problems. In that case, we will always inform you.
We usually send the products from Monday to Friday, but if you want to receive them on Saturday, just ask for it in email@example.com
- How can I know the status of my order?
If you are subscribed as a user, you can control at all times the status of your order through our web site.
In any case (signed or not), we will give you information by email or SMS to track it.
- Necessarily have to register to buy?
No, you can buy without login. Logged users will simply have the ease of shopping without having to fill the data continuously.
- How can I pay?
We accept 3 forms of payment, all of them safe and simple for you:

- May I return the product?
Yes, for any return or incident on delivery, you have 10 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify us by email or telephone to email@example.com or (+34) 630 15 48 40.
Through this process, we will refund you the price of the returned product (including VAT) without any commitment or additional costs. Not refund the shipping costs.
It is important that the product is returned to us in the condition in which it was shipped. If it is not like that, or if the returned products have been object of a long visible use, the return will not be made.
- What happens if the product I receive is not which I ordered?
In that case, you can return the product without any problems or additional costs. You will be refunded all you've paid, that is to say, both the amount of product (including VAT) and shipping charges.
- How to return the product?
Very easily and simply. We will inform you about the process to follow for the return when you contact us to notify the incident or to ask for the return. There will not be additional charge to you for the return process, since the return will be made through the courier company with paid freight.
In the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra for the return of the order, it will not be refunded the shipping costs, customs clearance, or local taxes. That is, we will refund you only the product price including VAT.
- I am a collector, can you get me knives outside of your catalogue?
At least we will try it!. We are specialists in the world of cutlery and we know that the product offering is very wide. Ask us by email or telephone, firstname.lastname@example.org, (+34) 630 15 48 40, the product you want and we will seek it for you.
- I do not understand Purchase terms, can you help me?

Yes, your data will be stored in our database that complies with all legal requirements on safety. You can exercise your rights to change or cancel them and will not be sold or transferred to other companies, under any circumstances.
- What happens if the prices on the web page are wrong?
Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover or you discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it, in which case you will be refunded all you have paid, that is, both the amount of product (including VAT), and shipping costs.
- Can I cancel an order before getting the product?

- The folding knife that I bought does not seem to have the same color as the photo I saw on the web, what happens?
We try the photos to be as accurate as possible to perfectly reflect the characteristics of the products. However, handcrafted knives and folding knives or made with natural materials may seem that vary in tone and color, even if it’s the same product of the picture.
In any case, you always have the option to return the product under the conditions referred to in paragraph RETURNS. (Get info in “Purchase terms”).
